The Canterbury Regional Basketball Foundation (CRBF) is searching for an ADMINISTRATOR to join our team!

Preparing for game day and managing all administrative aspects of players and coaches are just a few of the exciting tasks you will tackle as part of the CRBF team. Co-ordinate with coaches, players, and staff to ensure a seamless game day experience.
In this role you will assist the General Manager with all general administrative functions and plan the yearly, monthly, and weekly calendar.
As a key player in the CRBF team, you will be responsible for organizing and executing our community basketball programs, including the Rams In-Schools Coaching, Pouākai Girls Got Game In-Schools Coaching, and more.
You will also lead the event management, marketing and ticketing for exciting games such as Rams, Pouākai, NZ Breakers, and the Tall Blacks International games.
This is a full-time opportunity and will involve being present for games & events held in the evenings and on weekends.

To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A sharp set of computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A solid understanding of time management and the ability to work well on your own and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a background in sales and marketing will be advantageous.
